新疆少数民族人才培养的瓶颈问题研究

中央历来强调新疆的少数民族人才培养问题,但时至今日,此问题解决得不尽人意.大量数据表明问题在教育上.由于新疆民族学生从小学起除母语外开设的语言课是汉语课,这种教育安排,与若干年后民族考生考取学位和研究生要考外语不衔接,致使新疆民族高等教育在研究生这个层次上基本处于空白.我们要充分考虑到新疆的特殊性,将汉语作为少数民族考生报考硕士学位的正式科目,而外语成绩则作为录取参考分.

Bottleneck of Cultivating Ethnic Minority Talents in Xinjiang

The government always emphasizes the problem of cultivating of ethnic minority talents in Xinjiang.Up to now,this issue has not been definitely solved.Much data indicated that the question originated from education.Xinjiang's education arrangement for ethnic minority can not link up with the request of the education for the postgraduate students.The postgraduate entrance examination requests the students to test English,ethnic minority students of Xinjiang have been learning Chinese since their childhood,such arrangement makes ethnic minority too difficult to pass the examination.As a result,the high education for ethnic minority especially in postgraduate education is basically in the blank.We must think over for this particular condition of Xingjiang and take Chinese as the subject for the postgraduate entrance examination,we can also take English score in examination for reference.
