| 摘 要： | 经过近三十年的发展,新疆基本形成了一个与其经济社会发展大致相适应的、结构逐渐优化、门类比较齐全、培养类型多样的研究生培养体制,为新疆培养了人才,留住了人才,并带动了学科建设,增强了科学技术创新能力。目前,新疆研究生教育面临着如何更好更快发展的问题,解决的办法是进行研究生教育的创新。因此,我们应认真研究,扎实推进研究生培养机制改革。

| Abstract: | After 30 years' development,it has created a postgraduate training system in Xinjiang which is compatible with economic and social development in Xinjiang,gradual optimization,categories relatively complete,and the variety of types of training.It has trained plenty talents for Xinjiang,retained talents,contributed to the construction of disciplines,and enhanced the capability of scientific and technological innovation.Currently,Xinjiang is facing how to develop the postgraduate education better and faster.The solution is innovation of postgraduate education.We need to study seriously and solidly and advance the reform of the mechanism for postgraduate training. |
