| 摘 要： | 以工程造价为研究对象,借鉴国际上先进的工程投资理念,简要探讨了建设工程从前期论证、设计、招投标、施工到竣工的全过程造价控制方法,着重指出了工程设计阶段主动控制造价的重要性及具体措施,以期转变观念,加强工程造价的有效控制。

| Abstract: | This paper started from the study of engineering cost,drawing on the advanced investment concept in international engineering,discussed the methods of cost control of the whole process from the pre-feasibility studies,design,bidding,construction to completion,Stressed the importance of cost control on the design phase of the project and the concrete measures,with a view to change our concept,strengthen the effective control of project cost. |
