| 摘 要： | 基于湖南省2000—2008年高新技术产业的相关资料和数据,运用历史趋势预测法和指数模型预测法,对湖南省高新技术产业的发展趋势进行了预测和检验,该预测可为湖南省编制高新技术产业＂十二五＂发展规划提供参考。结果显示,湖南省高新技术产业产值在2012—2013年之间有可能突破10000亿。同时,对现阶段湖南省高新技术产业发展的突出问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the related information and data of high-tech industries between 2000 and 2008 in Hunan Province,using histopical trends and index forecast model,the paper forecasts the developing of high-tech industries in Hunan Province.The forecast provides a reference for drawing up 12th Five-Year development Plan of Hunan high-tech industries.The result shows that high-tech industrial products output of Hunan Province may exceed one trillion yuan in between 2012and 2013.Also,The paper analyses the highlight problem of the development of Hunan high-tech industries at the present stage. |
