专业实习是院校教学工作的重要组成部分,是教学期间重要的实践环节。为避免士官课堂教学过程中的缺陷,以提高士官业务能力,提出以士官业务能力为导向加强专业实习教学效果,阐述了开展实习工作应遵循的原则,同时全面阐述了加强专业实习教学过程的各个环节,并在此基础上提出了科学组织实习的一些建议,以保障专业实习促进士官业务能力的全面提高。

The Teaching Study of Noncommissioned Officer Specialized Practice by Professional Ability-oriented

Specialized practice is an important part of colleges and universities teaching,an essential practice segment during teaching period.For avoiding the limitation of classroon teching process and enhancing professional ability of noncommissioned officer,in this paper,it advances that the teching inpression should be strengthened by professional ability-oriented,points out the principle must be abided by.Meanwhile,it advances each segment to strengthen specialized practice teching process,emphasizes some advices to scientifically organize practice on this foundation to ensure the increase of noncommissioned officer professional ability be promoted roundly by practice.
