| 摘 要： | 首先,从投入产出角度,构建高技术产业技术创新绩效评价指标体系;然后,运用DEA模型对中国高技术产业五个主要行业的技术创新绩效进行两阶段评价,获得决策单元有效性排序;最后,通过对影子价格的分析,得出最佳改进策略,从而为全面提升中国高技术产业技术创新绩效提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | Firstly,in this paper,an index system for evaluating the technological innovation performance of high-tech industry in China is constructed from the perspective of input-output.Secondly,using the DEA model,the two-stage evaluation on the technological innovation performance of five major high-tech industries in China is carried out.And then,the DEA effectiveness ordering result of decision making units is obtained.Finally,through the analysis of dual prices,the optimum improvement strategies are presented.As a result,the decision basis for promoting the technological innovation performance of high-tech industry in China comprehensively is offered by this paper. |
