| 摘 要： | 农业经营体制的创新有利于农田水利设施市场建设机制的确立,吸引社会资本投资,同时降低农田灌溉成本。而农业生产经营体制转变需要创新农田水利设施建设机制,引导社会资本进入农村基础设施建设,形成市场化的农田灌溉模式。

| Abstract: | The innovation of agricultural operation system is established for the mechanism of the construction of farmland water conservancy facilities market,attract social capital investment,while reducing irrigation costs.The change of agricultural production management system needs the innovation of the farmland water conservancy construction mechanism, and guide social capital into the rural infrastructure construction, the formation of irrigation market. |
