| 摘 要： | 卓越法律人才培养计划对法理学实践教学提出了更高的要求。但和部门法学相比,现有的法理学实践教学现状差强人意,不足以满足培养卓越法律人才的要求。因此,需对现有的法理学教学工作重新审视,从教材的编写、教学平台的搭建、教学内容的厘清和定位、教学方法的探索等诸方面不断改进,提升法理学实践教学水平,以保障卓越法律人才培养计划的顺利实施。

| Abstract: | The plan of Jurisprudence Teaching put forward higher requirements of training excellent legal talents.But compared with the departments of law,jurisprudence just passable teaching situation existing practice,not enough to meet the training requirements of excellent legal talents.Therefore, to re-examine the existing jurisprudence teaching work, continuous improvement from writing, teaching materials, teaching platform to build content to clarify and positioning, to explore teaching methods and other aspects, enhance practice teaching level in jurisprudence, legal guarantee excellence to successfully implement personnel training plan. |
