长三角地区民营企业结构竞争力提升路径研究——基于沪苏浙三省(市)的实证分析

长三角地区民营经济发展的差异日益凸显,这些差异不仅有来自于民营企业在规模竞争力上、效率竞争力上的差异,更重要的是来自于民营企业结构竞争力上的差异。为此,提出了结构竞争力的概念,即企业结构所具有的量变和质变作用对整个区域经济发展的推动力以及由此而形成的区域经济的竞争力,构建了企业结构竞争力模型,并运用该模型以沪苏浙三省(市)为对象进行了实证分析,在此基础上提出了提升企业结构竞争力的路径。

Research on Approaches for the promotion of Structural Competitiveness in Private-owned Enterprises -A Empirical Analysis on the Sample of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang

The discrepancies of development of the private-owned enterprises in Delta Area of Yangtze become bigger and bigger.The dis- crepancies not only come from size and efficiency competitiveness, but also the structure competitiveness of the private-owned enterprises. The concept of the structure competitiveness of enterprises was advanced.The competitiveness produced by the quantitative and qualitative changes of enterprises structure and the competitiveness of regional economy.A model of the structure competitiveness of enterprises in is established.Based on this model, the diversities of private economy development were analyzed in Delta Area of Yangtze.Furthermore, this paper proposes the increasing paths of structure competitiveness of enterprises.
