| 摘 要： | 以西安翻译学院的经管类专业为例，对其“专业＋英语＋技能”的人才培养模式进行了研究，认为这种模式，在强调技能训练的同时，更凸显外语训练的重要性，这符合该校的办学特色，也适应当前中国经济发展的要求。最后，提出了一些完善该种模式的策略建议。

| Abstract: | This article take the Economic and Management Specialty of Xi'an FanYi Univerity as an example, to research its personnel training pattern ,that is "specialized + English + skill",and thought that this kind of pattern, during emphasis skill training's, highlights the importance of foreign language training, this conforms to this school characteristic, also adapts to China's current economic development. Finally, this article proposed some strategy suggestion. |
