浙江中小企业融资困境与对策研究

中小企业对浙江经济发展作出了重要贡献，然而从银行、证券等金融市场上，对中小企业的金融支持力度却远远不够，这大大地限制了中小企业的进一步发展，尤其是在当前金融危机的形势下，中小企业面临的更是生死决择。深入调研浙江省中小企业融资困境产生的原因，从制度经济学的角度出发，提出改善中小企业融资对策与建议。

Financing Difficulties of SMEs in Zhejiang Province and Countermeasures

The economic development of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province has made important contributions,but from the banking,securities and other financial market,for small and medium-sized enterprises financial support is far from enough,which greatly limited the further development of SMEs,especially in the current financial crisis circumstances,SMEs are facing life and death choices.In this paper,the auther makes deep research in small and medium-sized enterprises causes of financing difficulties,from the perspective of institutional economics,giving the countermeasures and suggestions to improve financing small and medium enterprises.
