| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国改革开放以来伴随着工业化、城市化、现代化进程而出现的特殊劳动群体。随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，农民工问题已经成为事关经济社会发展全局的热点问题。从深化户籍制度改革、打造责任政府、提高农民工自身素质、构建城乡统一的劳动力市场等方面采取措施解决好农民工问题，对解决好三农问题和加速推进我国工业化、城市化和现代化进程都具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Migrant workers are the special working groups which are associated with industrialization, urbanization and modernization process in China＇s reform and opening up.With China＇s urbanization being rushed ahead, the issue of migrant workers has been focal point in China＇s urbanization. From deepening the reform of household registration system,building a responsible government and improving their own qualities and so on, solutions to migrant workers are important for accelerating China＇s industrialization, urbanization and modernization processes |
