| 摘 要： | 随着中国对外开放的不断深化,对国际贸易人才的需求日益增加,国际与经济贸易领域的技能型人才已成为紧缺人才。目前许多高校的国际贸易专业毕业生就业难,而企业却又缺乏相关人才。这一现象的主要原因是高校培养的国际贸易专业人才与社会需求相脱节,造成毕业生学而不能用,单位需而不愿招的现象。针对这一现象就目前高校国际贸易技能型紧缺人才的培养模式进行研究,并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | With our countries＇ opening process deeper and deeper,the needs of the human resources of world trade are creasing;such professional and skillful talents are undersupplied.The graduates are unemployment,while companies are lack of such clerk.The main reason is that the talent college cultivates is not confirm with what social need.So this thesis will focus on how to cultivate the skillful world trade talent according to social needs. |
