商业银行创新能力体系建设

创新是一种内生发展能力,商业银行创新能力的强弱决定了其市场竞争地位和客户服务能力,打造一流的创新发展能力日益成为商业银行转型发展战略。然而,商业银行在创新能力体系建设上存在创新文化、创新规划、技术支持、人才队伍和体制机制等五个方面的问题。为此,提出了商业银行构建一流创新能力体系的措施:培养创新文化、构建学习型组织、创建产品经理团队、培养创新人才、创新营销体系、健全创新监测体系。
