高校旅游专业本科人才培养模式探讨

经过二十多年的发展，我国旅游专业形成了研究生、本科生、专科生、中专生的多层面教育体系。旅游专业本科是旅游人才培养体系的重要一环，但目前高校旅游专业本科在招生、就业、学生能力培养等方面存在一定的尴尬与困境，在分析这种现象产生原因的基础上，提出一系列建议：以市场需求为导向，树立应用型人才培养模式；进行以提高学生能力为中心的教学改革；采用校企合作的实践方式；与旅游企业共同进行师资培训等，以期对高校旅游专业本科人才的培养提供一定借鉴。
