新时期中国国有企业社会责任的研究浅析

企业社会责任是指企业对除了股东之外其他利益相关者所具有的社会责任。国有企业作为中国重要的经济力量必须积极履行社会责任。通过界定企业社会责任内涵及中国国有企业社会责任的基本特征，从国有企业性质地位、可持续发展要求、国际经济交流合作需要等三方面分析新时期中国国有企业履行社会责任的必要性。同时，提出增强中国国有企业履行社会责任意识、建立并逐渐完善中国国有企业履行社会责任的体制机制、加强中国国有企业间交流与国际合作、建立健全中国国有企业社会责任报告制度。

A Preliminary Analysis of the State-owned Enterprises Fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibilities in the New Period

Corporate social responsibility is to show the responsibility for stakeholders rather than shareholders.As our important economic power,state-owned enterprises in China should actively fulfill corporate social responsibility.This paper firstly explains the connotation of corporate social responsibility,and then analyzes the necessity for our state-owned enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility in the new period,including the status of state-owned enterprises themselves,the requirements of sustainable development and the needs of international communication.State-owned enterprises should enhance awareness of CSR,establish and gradually improve the system mechanism for fulfilling CSR,strengthen inter-enterprise communication and international cooperation,and build and perfect the CSR information releasing system.
