| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代发起的韩国新村运动，从一场针对农村基础设施进行改建的物质运动，逐渐演变成一场提升国民精神的运动，有效地化解了韩国经济社会发展中的矛盾。研究其化解矛盾成功的经验，既与韩国政府紧抓经济发展不放松的决策有关，也与韩国政府选择从建设农民基础设施入手的有效方法相连。

| Abstract: | In the 1970s,a movement started in the South Korean countryside.At first,it solves the countryside infrastructure.Afterwards,it promoted the national spirit.This movement solved the social contradictions.Studying the success experiences of this movement,it will bring us a beneficial enlightenment. |
