| 摘 要： | 碳金融对推进我国低碳经济模式有着重要作用。我国碳金融发展相对缓慢的主要原因在于碳金融面临的法律、政策环境的风险较大,碳交易平台建设不完善,中介市场发育不完全,人民币在碳交易中的弱势地位致使我国碳交易话语权缺失等方面。为此,提出完善法律、法规;构建统一碳交易平台;打造碳金融服务体系;进行碳金融产品创新;实行鼓励碳金融的优惠政策;强化人民币国际地位等解决对策。
