高校中青年教师流失原因及对策探析

摘    要:高校是人才的聚集地,目前高校人才流失现象还是比较严重,尤其是中青年教师。基于此,就高校中青年教师流失特征和原因进行了专题研究,并相应地提出了改善中青年教师流失状况的对策,以期为高校及相关职能管理部门提供决策参考。

Abstract:Universities are talented people,the current phenomenon of college or more serious brain drain,especially young teachers. Based on this,the writer’s young college teachers were the reasons for the loss of character and thematic studies,and accordingly proposed to improve the situation of young teachers in the loss of response to the relevant functions for the college and to provide management decision making.
