| 摘 要： | 人才培养方案是提高教学质量和实现人才培养目标的重要保证,是组织教学过程,安排教学任务,确定教学编制的基本依据。应根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》和教育部《关于进一步加强高等学校本科教学工作的若干意见》、《关于普通高等学校修订本科教学计划原则》等文件,结合经济社会发展和高等教育大众化对人才培养规格多元化需求,不断修订人才培养方案,满足建设人力资源强国的人才需求。
