高职院校校园文化建设的反思与重塑

高等职业院校既承担着培养合格人才的重要职责,也承担着引领社会文化的重要任务。但是,在大学精神缺失、功利主义盛行的社会氛围中,高等职业院校过度关注对＂技能人＂的塑造,而忽视对＂社会人＂与＂文化人＂的培养。因此,必须理性反思高职校园文化建设问题,科学重塑高职校园精神,为高等职业教育培养＂高素质、高技能、创新型＂人才提供文化底蕴和精神支撑。

Higher vocational school is in training qualified personnel, and also an important duty to lead the social and euhural important task. however, in a spirit of the missing, utilitarianism of social atmosphere and higher vocational colleges excessive concern on the skills of the people ＂and ignored the＂ community ＂and＂ they ＂train. Therefore, we must rethink professorship campus construction problems, science and reshape the professorship campus for higher vocational education for the ＂high quality and high skills and talents to provide innovation type＂ cultural tradition and spiritual support.
