| 摘 要： | 中小企业自主创新能力的提升关系到国家创新能力建设，关乎着中国经济的持续健康发展。中国中小企业的自主创新仍然存在很多制约因素，这些因素的存在一定程度上阻碍了中国中小企业自主创新能力的提升。对影响中小企业自主创新能力的问题进行了探讨，并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策，有助于中小企业提升自主创新能力。
