农村义务教育改革问题研究——以沈阳市康平县为例

利用抽样的方式，对沈阳市康平县农户进行问卷调查及访谈，共回收有效问卷120份。结合实地调研资料分析在实施农村义务教育课程改革时，农户对子女上学的态度，农户对当地政府办学条件、政府对义务教育重视程度的态度，学校收费情况的态度以及学生辍学原因等，得出结论：大部分农户认为孩子上学的目的是学知识、明道理，但还有部分农户认为孩子上学除此之外更重要的是成绩好，继续深造；农户认为学校教学设施应需进行改进，并且教师素质有待提高；虽然政府对学校进行补贴，但学校仍然存在不合理收费现象；学生辍学的主要原因还是学生自身学习困难等。因此，就以上情况社会应加大宣传，推广接受义务教育的重要性，政府出面制定合理制定合理经费保障机制以及教师录入机制。
