| 摘 要： | 着眼军队应对非常规突发事件及其对资源保障体系的新要求，从军队应对非常规突发事件的角度，研究了军队应对非常规突发事件资源保障体系设计内容，分析了资源优化模型设计并给出了软件原型设计思路。
