高校安全管理与大学生安全教育

高校安全管理面临形势复杂但又意义重大。要做好高校尤其是学生群体的安全管理,必须以预防为主,加强大学生安全教育,增强大学生安全防范意识,提高大学生自我保护能力。高校要以校园安全管理体制建设为出发点、以思想政治教育为切入点、以多层次多样化的活动为载体进一步加强大学生安全教育。安全管理部门应以"系列化、品牌化","点线面、多层次","良性互动、和谐发展"的思路策划组织安全教育活动,提高大学生安全教育的实效。

Campus safety management and safety education for College Students

Facing the security management of university situation is complex but significant. To do a good job in universities especially in safety management of student groups,must give priority to prevention,strengthen the safety education for college students,to enhance students awareness of security,improve the ability of College Students＇ self protection. Universities should take the construction of campus safety management system as a starting point,to the ideological and political education as the breakthrough point,to diverse activities as the carrier to further strengthen the safety education for college students. Safety management should be to ＂series,the brand＂, ＂point line surface,multi level＂, ＂benign interaction,the harmonious development of the idea of＂ planning organization safety education activities,improve the effectiveness of safety education for college students.
