| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术在教育领域中的渗透,E-LEARNING的理念在国内外教育界兴起。与传统的学习方式相比,它具备很大的优势。因此,在军校教员的实战化教学能力培训中运用该理念,可以期望实现最大化挖掘培训资源,破除培训需求"迷雾"和实施可持续性培训三个目的。

| Abstract: | Along with the penetration of information technology in the field of education,the rise of E-LEARNING concept in educational circles at home and abroad. Compared with the traditional way of learning,it has great advantage. Therefore,the use of the concept in the military instructors＇ practical teaching ability training,can expect to realize the maximization of the mining of training resources,training needs to break the ＂fog＂ and the implementation of sustainable training three purposes. |
