摘    要:通过体育教学,建立以学生为主体的全新的教学格局;在教学中体育教师要变主讲为主导;让学生充分参与课堂教学活动中充分的表现自己的才能,充分发挥自己的主观能动性,做课堂教学活动的主体,掌握一些体育知识、技术和运动技能,提高素质,增强体质,养成自觉锻炼的习惯,使学生在毕业后能够根据主客观情况的变化,不间断地独立地从事科学的身体锻炼,从而获得终身的效益。

Abstract:By means of physical teaching,establish the student-centered new teaching pattern;in teaching PE teachers should become the dominant;to enable students to participate fully in the classroom teaching activities in fully show their talent,give full play to their initiative,to do the teaching activities of the main body,master the knowledge of the sport,technology and motor skills,improve quality,enhance physical fitness,develop the habit of consciously training,so that students can according to the objective situation change,uninterrupted independently engaged in scientific physical exercise,so as to obtain a lifelong benefit.
