| 摘 要： | 以高等教育为主的中外合作办学发展迅速。在对外合作培养研究生方面,实行以政府为主导、以高校为主体的运作机制,开展灵活多样的合作培养模式,构建对外合作培养研究生的质量保障体系,发挥政府在搭建平台方面的优势等具体措施是现代中外合作办学的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Rapid development of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools based on higher education.In the area of international cooperation for the graduate,introduced Government-led,with College as the main mechanisms of operation,flexible training model of cooperation,construction of quality guarantee system of international cooperation for the graduate,taking advantage of the platform,the Government specific measures,such as effective means of modern Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. |
