| 摘 要： | 1997年至今,是中国失业问题日益突出,就业压力不断增大,理论界对就业问题争论最激烈的时期。中国经济发展不平衡,地区间的就业结构和产业结构差异很大,分属于不同的发展阶段。创新地利用人均GDP对就业结构的影响,把全国分为四个区域,把发展阶段相似的省份作为一个整体,研究其产业结构和就业结构的演变趋势,借鉴发达国家的经验,对四大区域分别提出了有针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Our theorists is discussing low employment most violently from 1997,as the unemployment press is increasing.The economic in china develops uneven between different provinces,so different provinces belong to different stages of develop.As per capita GDP influences the employment structure,this paper divides our country into four areas innovatively,and studies the similar provinces as a whole.Then this paper studies the evolutionary trend,further studies the experience of developed countries and puts forward several policy suggestions to improve every part of our country in the end. |
