产业集群视角下河南省中小企业融资困境分析

资金的支持对产业集群的发展和升级至关重要,而产业集群内的中小企业有明显的融资优势。河南省的产业集群以中小企业为主,由于各种因素的制约,集群融资的优势并没有充分发挥,集群内中小企业普遍面临着融资障碍,严重影响了河南省产业集群的优化和升级,阻碍了区域经济的发展。克服河南省产业集群内中小企业的融资障碍,需要在政府的政策支持和引导下,完善中小企业信用体系,发展包括互助担保型贷款、融资租赁、集合型债券和票据、风险投资基金等各项融资模式在内的多层次融资体系。

Analysis of the financing difficulty of the small and medium enterprises in Henan province from the view of the industrial clusters

Financial support is essential for industrial cluster development and upgrade,and in industrial clusters of small and medium enterprises have a significant financial advantage.Industrial clusters in Henan province dominated by SMEs,owing to various constraints,did not give full play to the advantages of cluster financing,SMEs generally facing financial obstacles within the cluster,seriously affecting the optimization and upgrading of industrial clusters in Henan province,hamper the development of the regional economy.Financing obstacles to overcome in industrial clusters in Henan province small and medium enterprises,need to be supported and guided by the Government’s policy,improving SME credit system development including mutual guarantees,loans,financial leasing,collection of bonds and notes,such as venture capital funds,the financing model of multi-level finance system.
