摘    要:高校实践教学的灵魂是锻炼学生的动手能力,提高学生的综合素质。面对即将踏入工作岗位的高校大学生,利用马斯洛的需求层次理论,借助实践教学课程作为基础,以社会需求和学生自身需求为导向,研究分析学生的心理特征,激发学生的动机,锻炼学生的动手实践能力,挖掘学生的内在潜力,培养造就社会需要的全面创新型人才。

Abstract:Practical Teaching in the soul is the exercise of the abilities of students to improve the overall quality of students.Face of college students about to enter the job, Maslow' s hierarchy of needs theory, with practical teaching curriculum as the basis of their own needs to the needs of society and students-oriented,research analysis of the psychological characteristics of students, stimulate students' motivation hands the ability to tap the inherent potential of students, to develop comprehensive and innovative talent in creating social needs of our students.
