乡镇企业开展环境审计的几点思考

中国的乡镇企业发展多处于起步阶段,自身发展与环境保护之间的矛盾显得尤为突出,加之乡镇企业环保意识较差、相关法律不健全等原因,在发展时往往不惜消耗大量资源,破坏环境,正逐渐成为主要污染源之一。适时开展环境审计加强环境保护显得尤为重要。以哈尔滨周边地区乡镇企业与环境之间的关系为例,探讨乡镇企业开展环境审计的必要性,开展环境审计中遇到的问题并提出自己的一点建议。
