| 摘 要： | 如何提高青年教师的专业教学能力和管理实践技能,是高校人才培养模式改革与创新面临的重要问题。结合建设应用型工商管理类人才培养模式创新实验区的实际,对青年教师的培养应从青年教师对人才培养目标的理解、理论与实践的双向交流、软件教学等三个方面推进。

| Abstract: | It is imporant to reforming a model of Talented person＇s training way is that how to improve young teachers teaching skills and professional management of practical skills.With the constraction of utility business management personnel,there have three ways to improve young teachers＇s skills： first is deep understanding on target of talented person＇s training way,second is communication between of teaching and practice,the third is software teaching. |
