摘    要:自安索夫首次提出战略协同概念以来,战略协同理论在企业层面得到广泛应用。把战略协同的思想应用到旅游企业当中具有重要的现实意义。在阐释了旅游企业间战略协同的内涵和意义后,对旅游企业间战略协同产生的动因进行了分析,重点论述了旅游企业间的战略协同构建途径。

Abstract:Since the first proposed strategic collaboration concept,strategy synergy theory has been widely used in the enterprise level. The strategic synergy theory to the tourism enterprises has important practical significance. In the interpretation of the connotation of strategic cooperation among tourism enterprises and the meaning,cause on tourism enterprise strategy undertook an analysis,discussed the tourism enterprises strategic collaborative approach.
