| 摘 要： | 生态农业是在农业进入现代化建设阶段产生的生产转型,是推进和维护农业生产与环境可持续发展的一种新型农业。在当前形势下,为加快新乡农业现代化进程,必须大力发展生态农业,这是转变农业发展方式的需要,是改善和提高人民群众生活质量的需要,是实施农业可持续发展战略的需要,是加快促进农业增效、农民增收、农村繁荣的需要,是提高农业竞争力的需要。因此,应从制度建设、农产品深加工建设、科技兴农建设和龙头企业建设等多方面入手,大力推进新乡生态农业发展。
