摘    要:素质教育以全面提高全体学生的基本素质为根本目的,以尊重学生主体性和主动精神,注重开发人的智慧潜能,注重形成人的健全个性为根本特征的教育。数学教学是一种语言,语言就是需要学习者不断的运用,在运用中不断接收新信息,数学语言与认知活动的结合是获得数学能力的有效途径,也是《新课程标准》对小学数学教学提出的要求。

Abstract:Quality-education is a type of education with the main purpose of improving the basic quality of all the students in an all round way,respecting students' individuality and creativity,attaching great importance to developing their potential wisdom and forming a healthy individuality of human beings as the fundamental features.Math teaching is a language.The combination of Math language with cognitive activities is an effective path to obtain math competence,which is also the requirement put forward by individuality and creativity "The Standards Of New Curriculum".
