| 摘 要： | 工会组织是职工利益的代表者和维护者，从这个意义上讲，企业科学发展建设与工会组织的基本职责和目标是完全一致的，只有实现企业科学发展这个目标，职工的权益才能切实得到维护。如何最大限度地调动好、发挥好和保护好广大职工的积极性、主动性和创造性，团结和动员广大职工在企业科学发展的进程中建功立业，是公司工会适应新形势所面临的新任务。
