黑龙江省发展外向型农业的战略思考

我国加入WTO以后,农业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,不可避免地受到了国际市场的冲击.黑龙江省不仅是一个农业大省,而且是国家重要的商品粮、畜牧业和林业生产基地,要想在国际大环境中得以立足,就必须依托地缘优势和资源优势,以优质化、多样化和名牌化的产品打入国际市场,开发扶持和开拓外部市场,走外向型农业的路子.外向型农业是未来农业发展的趋势.实现外向型农业仍需一个很长的过程,在这一过程中,我们可以从当地实际出发,针对外向型农业发展存在的问题以及不同地区的特点,总结经验,寻求对策,以便更好地发展外向型农业,为全面建设小康社会做出更大的贡献.

Heilongjiang Province is not only the large province of agriculture, but also the important commodity grain, animal husbandry and forestry production base in the country. If it wants to have a foothold in the great international environment, it must rely on the geo- advantage, resource advantage, squeeze into the international market with the high-quality, diversification, famous brand products, develop support and open up the outside market, take the way of export-oriented agriculture. Export-oriented agriculture is an agricultural development trend of future. Realizing export-oriented agriculture will still take a very long course, in this course, we can proceed from locality reality, the characteristics of directing against the question that export-oriented agricultural development exists and different areas, summarize experience, seek countermeasure, in order to develop export-oriented agriculture better, and make a greater contribution to the all-round building of well-off society.
