当前，流通业人才结构不合理、培训市场相对混乱无序等诸多问题，严重制约了商贸流通业的发展。困此，提出建立和完善科学合理的流通人才培训体系、整合产学研资源培养各级各类流通应用型人才、创新流通业人才培养模式、关注流通业人才国际化等对策建议，旨在提升流通业应用型人才的培养水平。
