| 摘 要： | 根据生态工业园中参与废弃物交易企业间产权关系的不同，提出了两种不同类型的生态产业链：单源控制型生态产业链扣多源控制型生态产业链。通过对这两种不同类型生态产业链中上、下游企业间关系的分析。提出影响单源控制型生态产业链稳定性的主要因素是企业组织的刚性；影响多源控制型生态产业链稳定性的主要因素是企业间进行废弃物资源化再利用时而产生的各种交易费用，期望为我国生态工业园生态产业链的构建与发展提供理论参考。
