谈心是政治思想工作的好抓手

新的形势下,竞争的激烈,生活节奏的加快,工作、心理压力也日趋增强,不可避免地存在着不和谐因素。有的人谈心能够让人茅塞顿开,越谈感情越密切;而有的人谈心却适得其反。谈心要特别注意＂四种方法＂的运用,在＂要有六心＂上下工夫,要防止产生四种倾向,这样就能收到事半功倍的效果。

The new situation,the intensity of competition,the accelerated pace of life,work,psychological pressure is becoming increasingly inevitable that there are factors of disharmony.Some people talk to people enlightened,more talk about the feelings of the more closely;and talk to some people is just the opposite.I think the talk should pay special attention to "four ways" the use of the "must have six heart" work hard,to prevent the generation of four kinds of tendencies,so that we can have a multiplier effect.
