| 摘 要： | 案例教学法的运用有一定条件,应从资源基础观的视野出发,结合课程的特点和教学单位的资源状况进行综合分析,才能作出能否实施案例教学的判断。《房地产项目策划》课程适宜采用案例教学法,但要想取得良好的教学效果,必须做好五个方面的工作：精心选择和编写案例;实施方式以竞争性的角色扮演方式为主;精心设计问题;做好准备工作;与其他教学方法相结合。
