| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑工程项目施工组织设计的技术经济指标的分析,建立了由施工方案、施工进度计划和施工平面图布置组成的技术经济评价指标体系,运用逐层序关系分析法进行设计方案的评价,并结合工程实例以验证方法的有效性和可行性。结果表明使用该评价方法的指标体系可以选出最优施工组织设计方案,且概念清晰,计算便利,方法真实有效且具有可操作性。
