高校院系党政班子协同工作效率与党政“一把手”素质建设研究

集体领导的工作方式已经向各个领导蔓延,高校院（系）党政领导班子集体领导,协同工作已经成为一种潮流。然而,要实现协同工作的高效率,又要受到诸如共同目标、能够相互信任和沟通等七个方面因素的制约。党政＂一把手＂除了要有坚定的政治信仰等传统要求外,还能够适应协同工作所必须协调、协商、协作能力,高校党委应通过改善干部的聘用机制、教育培养机制和监督补救机制来不断提高院（系）党政＂一把手＂的素质,从而实现协同工作的高效运行。
