| Abstract: | During the new historical period,the construction of a contingent of young teachers in colleges is placed in a prominent position in the education career.Grasp the main contents of young teachers＇ occupation and morality in collage,actively look for the ways and effective approaches to improve the occupation moral construction of the young teachers＇.improve the college young teachers＇ occupation moral level and overall quality in order to cultivate high-quality personnel to meet the social needs. |
