Discussion on the Cost Control of the Project on the Whole Process

This paper started from the study of engineering cost, drawing on the advanced investment concept in international engi- neering, discussed the methods of cost control of the whole process from the pre-feasibility studies, design, bidding, construction to completion, Stressed the importance of cost control on the design phase of the project and the concrete measures, with a view to change our concept, strengthen the effective control of project cost.
