| 摘 要： | 现有关于经理自主权与企业技术创新关系的研究,多只关注经理自主权与技术创新投入强度的关系,而对技术创新其他重要维度,如技术创新启动决策、技术创新内容决策、技术创新形式决策以及技术创新资金决策等,没有给予足够应有的重视。以陕西省典型技术型企业为研究样本,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,全面探讨经理自主权配置状态对技术创新启动决策、技术创新强度决策、技术创新内容决策、技术创新形式决策、技术创新资金决策的影响,初步构建陕西省技术型企业基于经理自主权的技术创新决策模型。
