| 摘 要： | 传统文化资源则是指历史形成的,对区域社会政治、经济进步起过重要作用,现在仍然具有一定社会价值的文化存在。作为国家历史文化名城,聊城市具有丰富在传统文化资源,在传统文化资源的开发利用方面取得了较大的成绩,但从全国的视角会发现聊城优秀传统文化的开发仍然存在不足,表现为：（1）资源尚未形成产业优势;（2）产业品牌尚未打响;（3）产业结构不太合理;（4）文化创新型人才紧缺。为此,提出以下对策：1）深度挖掘聊城市文化资源及其价值;2）科学分类,组建文化模式;3）打造文化产业;4）打造特色文化品牌;5）引进培养高素质专业人才;6）搞好宣传推介。
