| 摘 要： | 模糊现象客观存在于人类语言中,作为自然语言之一的法律语言,则必然具有模糊性。在阐述法律英语模糊性产生的原因及其具有的语用功能的基础上,探讨了法律翻译教学中应对模糊现象的翻译策略,提出为了达到目的语与原语表达的等值,教师应指导学生遵守＂模糊度对等＂原则,但由于法律翻译重在理解和表达正确,因此＂模糊度对等＂的策略也要和传统的翻译方法相结合。

| Abstract: | The fuzzy phenomenon in human languages as one of legal language, natural language,it is fuzzy. Based on the vagueness in legal English and its pragmatic function is generated on the legal translation, discusses the teaching of translation strategies with fuzzy phenomenon, put forward in order to achieve the purpose of language and primitive expression of equivalent, the teachers should guide the students to comply with the ＂fuzziness equivalence＂ principle, but because of legal translation is correct understanding and expression, therefore ＂fuzzy equivalence＂ strategy and the combination of traditional translation method. |
