| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒是国际间贸易保护的重要形式,质量认证是技术性贸易壁垒的主要组成部分之一。目前,API认证是国内石油设备行业进入国际、国内市场的＂准入证＂,实际已成为国内企业建立、生存和发展的必备条件。2010年至今,国内221家企业被API取消证书使用权,占全球总量的80.7%,经济损失巨大,形势十分严峻。自主建立中国石油设备认证制度,改变API单一认证现状,值得研究探讨。

| Abstract: | Technical barriers to trade is an important form of trade protection in the international.Quality certification is one of the main part of the technical barriers to trade.Currently,API certification is the domestic petroleum equipment industry＂pass card＂to enter the international and domestic markets,has become the domestic petroleum equipment enterprises to establish a prerequisite for the survival and development.Since 2010,221 domestic companiesby API cancel thecertificateof theright touse,accountingfor 80.7% of theglobal total,thehugeeconomic losses,thesituation isvery grim.Independent of petroleumequipment certification system,changetheAPI single certification status quo,and worthy of study to explore. |
